During the pandemic I had the opportunity to work with Mechadept, a Wellington based mechatronics company, to design a versatile and low-cost 6DOF robot arm for Hong Kong University of China.

My main role was to design an exterior housing for the robot that could be easily manufactured by CUHK’s team in Hong Kong so that it could be used safely in a wide range of environments without detracting from the robot’s overall working capabilities
